We are seeking an exceptional Building Safety Expert Trainee to join Reed Property & Construction in London.
About the RoleThis is a temporary position, with the potential to become permanent until April 2025. As a Building Safety Expert Trainee, you will be responsible for managing assigned geographical areas, ensuring compliance with building safety regulations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting thorough inspections and assessments of high-rise buildings to identify fire and structural risks.
- Traveling throughout the asset portfolio to ensure all areas meet safety standards.
- Analyzing data from as-built documents and drawings to assess building safety.
To succeed in this role, you should have some knowledge of the Building Safety Act and a good understanding of Fire Risk Assessments.
What We OfferThe salary for this role is expected to be around £40,000-£45,000 per annum. You will also receive comprehensive training and development opportunities in building safety, as well as travel opportunities within the job scope.
