We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team at Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic professional and visible senior nursing leadership across the trust.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead on the implementation of safe rostering practices across Oxleas bedded services.
- Ensure all policies related to Safer Staffing are maintained and updated.
- Take the lead role for directorate engagement in the communication and implementation of safe staffing practice.
- Monitor safer staffing levels and skill mix with the services managers to ensure safe and supportive care.
- Lead on safer staffing establishment reviews with the Chief Nursing Officer and Deputy Chief Nursing Officer.
- Current NMC registration first level nurse with evidence of continuous professional development.
- Over 3 years senior nurse experience at band 7 or above.
- Project Management qualification and experience.
- Five years post registration experience, of which 3 years are at a senior level in nursing.
- Experience of professional leadership and/or training.
