Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Business Support Manager to join our Senior Medical Team within Health Education and Improvement Wales. The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to the Postgraduate Medical Dean and the Medical Senior Management Team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. They will also be able to work autonomously, setting their own work priorities and collaborating with multiple areas of the organisation and stakeholders internally and externally.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Postgraduate Medical Dean and the Medical Senior Management Team.
