About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Senior HR Business Partner. This is a unique opportunity to shape the company's People and Culture Strategy and drive cultural initiatives that align with our ambitious goals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the Praxis Group, including the Group HR Team.

In this role, you will work closely with the CPO to take ownership of key initiatives in the Group HR People and Culture Strategy. You will also be responsible for developing a succession planning process and putting in place strategies to address succession gaps.

About the Role:

  • Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the Praxis Group.
  • Work as a strategic partner, taking ownership of key initiatives in the Group HR People and Culture Strategy.
  • Take a lead role in initiatives to embed the company's culture and values.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of operating as a strategic HR business partner within a similar growing business.
  • Deep experience in leading and delivering management development programmes.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law.

  • A competitive salary of £90,000 - £110,000 per annum.
