Job Summary:

Clearwater Analytics is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our EMEA sales leadership team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in executive administration, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results under pressure.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, prepare executives for meetings, and act as primary access agent
  • Collect and prepare information for use in discussions/meetings of executive staff and outside individuals
  • Possess the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with little to no guidance
  • Process monthly expense reports
  • Assist with organizing staff and office events
  • Understand basic company organization, working relationships, and business partner roles and responsibilities
  • Successfully manage complex executive calendar; including vetting, prioritizing, and providing recommendations
  • Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items
  • Streamline inbound/outbound communications, maximize productivity, and ensure all requests receive attention with the proper level of urgency

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in executive administration
  • Effective communicator, both verbally and with written correspondence
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload daily
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, confidentiality, and ability to meet deadlines
  • A passion to learn, to contribute, and to reinforce the culture throughout your interactions
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office

Estimated Salary Range:

$62,500 - $72,500 per year, depending on experience.
