Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our EMEA sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, mentoring and leading a high-performance sales team, and developing executive-level relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Leadership: Direct, lead, and manage a high-performance sales team to achieve revenue targets in the EMEA market.
  2. Sales Strategy: Develop and oversee key sales strategies to grow the business across the EMEA market.
  3. Relationship Building: Maintain and develop executive-level relationships to assist in closing competitive sales.
  4. Sales Data Management: Manage and gather accurate sales data to assist in forecasting within a CRM tool and communicate to stakeholders.
  5. Team Development: Effectively mentor the sales team to negotiate price, delivery, and warranty terms to generate profits and greater customer satisfaction.
  6. New Business Opportunities: Provide recommendations and best practices for emerging online marketing opportunities and tactics to achieve organizational goals.
  7. Performance Reviews: Responsible for performance reviews, hiring, and employee-related issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, entrepreneurship, marketing, or related field.
  • 8+ years of successfully leading a sales team or equivalent experience.
  • Valid Passport.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) vendor with inside and outside sales management experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership background with proven experience building a highly motivated sales team.
  • Monthly Forecasting accuracy of 85% or greater.
