Sales Director EMEA Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our EMEA sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, mentoring and leading a high-performance sales team, and developing executive-level relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Leadership: Direct, lead, and manage a high-performance sales team to achieve revenue targets in the EMEA market.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and oversee key sales strategies to grow the business across the EMEA market.
- Relationship Building: Maintain and develop executive-level relationships to assist in closing competitive sales.
- Sales Data Management: Manage and gather accurate sales data to assist in forecasting within a CRM tool and communicate to stakeholders.
- Team Development: Effectively mentor the sales team to negotiate price, delivery, and warranty terms to generate profits and greater customer satisfaction.
- New Business Opportunities: Provide recommendations and best practices for emerging online marketing opportunities and tactics to achieve organizational goals.
- Performance Reviews: Responsible for performance reviews, hiring, and employee-related issues.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, entrepreneurship, marketing, or related field.
- 8+ years of successfully leading a sales team or equivalent experience.
- Valid Passport.
- Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) vendor with inside and outside sales management experience.
- Demonstrated leadership background with proven experience building a highly motivated sales team.
- Monthly Forecasting accuracy of 85% or greater.
