**Capital Building Projects Opportunity**

Leigh Academies Trust is seeking a skilled and motivated Estates Project Manager to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success. In this role, you will ensure that each academy is maintained and developed to support the Trust's educational vision.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage various projects across multiple academies, including refurbishments, remodelling, maintenance, new builds, and extensions.
  • Lead on capital works that keep our academies safe, functional, and supportive of cutting-edge education.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external teams, including architects, surveyors, and consultants.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery.

**What We Offer:**

  • A competitive salary of £45,281 - £49,634 per annum, commensurate with experience.
  • 25 days annual leave per annum plus bank holidays, which increases to 30 days with length of service.
