This is a hybrid role that offers a great work-life balance, with the opportunity to work from our office three days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Define project scope, deliverables, and timelines with stakeholders.
- Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate project teams through all phases, from planning to service transition.
- Technical Oversight: Ensure technical solutions align with business strategies and quality standards.
- Resource Management: Manage project budgets, risks, and resources.
- Communication: Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Agile Methodologies: Support Agile ceremonies and foster team collaboration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in project management within Defence or National Security sectors.
- Proven track record of delivering tech projects on time and within budget.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Eligible for UK Security Check (SC) clearance, with potential for Developed Vetting (DV).
