Regional Sales Manager

Lovell is the UK's leading provider of mixed tenure affordable homes, seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our North East team. As a key member of the senior management team, you will direct and manage the Sales Department, driving growth and expansion across the region.
Responsibilities- Owning and achieving/exceeding sales objectives as per the regional business plan
- Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve regional sales targets and expand our customer base
A confident negotiator with excellent sales process knowledge and a natural leader, you will have product knowledge and previous experience within a similar role. A competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum is on offer, plus benefits including bonus entitlement based on performance KPIs, holidays, life assurance, pension, private medical insurance, and more.
