Job Title: Head of Regional Sales
Head of Regional Sales at Lovell HomesWe are seeking an experienced Head of Regional Sales to join our North East region. This role involves directing and managing the Sales Department, motivating the Sales Team to achieve and improve upon regional targets.
About the Role:
- Owning and achieving/exceeding sales objectives as per the regional business plan
- Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve regional sales targets and expand our customer base
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships securing 5 Star customer satisfaction
- Securing future business as a strategic member of the senior management team
- Develop key growth strategies for the region as part of the senior leadership team
- Proactive leadership and continuous monitoring of the sales strategy
- Develop and proactively deliver a clear sales and marketing strategy bespoke for each individual development
- Visibility across all developments, ensuring presentation and adopted strategies are being driven and delivered against the budget
- Build new and strengthen existing relationships with our clients and strategic joint venture partners
- Strategic involvement in the front-end bid/win strategy for land viabilities
- Close monitoring and control of sales budgets and expenditure
This position comes with an estimated annual salary of £80,000 - £110,000, depending on experience. Additional benefits include bonus entitlement based on performance KPIs, 26 days of holiday, life assurance, pension, private medical insurance, ability to purchase additional holiday, access to a discount portal, cycle to work scheme, digital GP, employee assistance programme, and sharesave scheme.
