Key Responsibilities
  • Action all administrative requests within agreed timelines, including sending new starter paperwork, processing personal data, and filing.
  • Provide first point of contact support for all colleagues, ensuring timely resolution of employee relations matters.
  • Ensure compliance with immigration documentation for all employees and assist with recruitment processes.
  • Design and format documents, presentations, and training materials, as well as coordinate and administer all People-related administration.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a passion for developing a career in HR. Previous experience in a HR environment is required, along with strong employee relations and employment law knowledge. Proven administrative experience, excellent communication skills, and a high standard of accuracy are essential.
