As Head of Sales, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth in the UK market, leveraging your expertise in FMCG sales and activation to unlock new listings and partnerships. You'll collaborate closely with our Managing Director to develop and execute strategies that showcase our brand's unique value proposition.

**Your Key Objectives**

  • Unlock new grocery listings in the UK market, highlighting our brand's strengths and product benefits
  • Become a trusted partner for key accounts, including Ocado, Whole Foods Market, and three wholesalers
  • Dive into new business opportunities outside of grocery, capitalizing on our start-up momentum

**What Makes You Ideal**

  • 5+ years of experience in FMCG sales and activation, preferably in frozen and/or ice cream categories
  • Unwavering passion for sustainable snacking and social impact
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, embracing change and ambiguity
