Job Opportunity:
We are currently seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Business Support Analyst to join our team at Inchcape plc. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the global deployment of SAP SuccessFactors, focusing on Compensation and Variable Pay. Your expertise will be essential in driving business results and enhancing process efficiency.

About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with the EC Workstream Lead, supporting the global deployment of SAP SuccessFactors. You will provide ongoing business support, leading technical discussions and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to deliver innovative solutions and identify process improvements will make you a valuable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the EC Workstream Lead in the global deployment of SAP SuccessFactors
• Lead technical discussions on business opportunities and resolve complex issues
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, delivering innovative solutions and identifying process improvements to drive measurable business results
• Oversee feature enhancements and provide project support for HR applications, configuring solutions based on design directions and handling change requests, documentation, testing, and deploying new system functionalities
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams to provide training, guidance, and support, performing systems administration tasks including data imports/exports, workflow design, and business rule creation
• Work with third-party vendors to develop and implement business-driven functionality, designing and coordinating UAT activities with cross-departmental teams
• Support system upgrades and develop new SaaS functionality to meet business needs

Requirements:
• Proven experience in implementing and managing SAP SuccessFactors Suite
• Excellent business analysis skills and the ability to manage project timelines effectively
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality, time-sensitive results
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and the discipline you are interested in

Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
