About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Lead Oncology - Product Manager to join our team at Amgen Inc. (IR). As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic and tactical brand plans for our oncology products.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead cross-functional brand teams to drive business growth and maximize brand potential
  2. Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies, including market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights
  3. Collaborate with sales teams to align sales force activity and engagement
  4. Manage budgets and forecasting to ensure business objectives are met
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory frameworks to ensure compliance and best practices

Requirements:

  1. Extensive marketing experience in the pharmaceutical sector, with a focus on oncology
  2. Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving business growth
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and trends
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders
  5. Marketing or business degree, with a focus on marketing or a related field
