Brand Lead Oncology Job Description

Amgen is seeking a highly skilled Brand Lead to join our Oncology team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic and tactical brand plans to drive growth in the oncology market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of brand strategies and plans to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute brand plans and drive sales growth
  • Manage budgets and forecast sales performance
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform brand strategies
  • Support discussions on pricing, reimbursement, and access decisions
  • Lead cross-functional brand team activities and provide guidance to others

Requirements:

  • Extensive marketing experience in the pharmaceutical sector
  • Fully proficient in regulatory frameworks and code of practice (ABPI / IPHA)
  • Experience of working with and leading cross-functional teams
  • Experience of working with multi-channel marketing, including digital
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to influence
  • Marketing or business degree
