About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Lead Oncology - Product Manager to join our dynamic marketing team at Amgen Inc. (IR). As a key member of our Oncology Business Unit, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic and tactical brand plans for our oncology and solid tumor brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead cross-functional brand teams and collaborate with global colleagues to drive brand growth and maximize lifecycle management.
  2. Develop and execute strategic and tactical brand plans, including budget forecasting, operating expense management, and sales delivery.
  3. Analyze sales data, KPIs, market research, and trends to inform brand strategy and decision-making.
  4. Support discussions on pricing, reimbursement, and access decisions to ensure optimal brand performance.
  5. Lead brand team activities, provide guidance to others, and work closely with the sales team to align sales force activity and engagement.
  6. Develop and deliver integrated multichannel plans, including promotional materials across multiple channels.

Requirements:

  1. Extensive marketing experience in the pharmaceutical sector, with a focus on oncology and solid tumors.
  2. Fully proficient in regulatory frameworks and code of practice (ABPI / IPHA).
  3. Experience leading cross-functional teams and working with multi-channel marketing.
  4. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and drive results.
  5. Marketing or business degree, with a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.
