We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Lead Oncology - Product Manager to join our dynamic marketing team at Amgen Inc. (IR). Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional brand teams and collaborate with global colleagues to drive brand growth and maximize lifecycle management.
- Develop and execute strategic and tactical brand plans, including budget forecasting, operating expense management, and sales delivery.
- Analyze sales data, KPIs, market research, and trends to inform brand strategy and decision-making.
- Support discussions on pricing, reimbursement, and access decisions to ensure optimal brand performance.
- Lead brand team activities, provide guidance to others, and work closely with the sales team to align sales force activity and engagement.
- Develop and deliver integrated multichannel plans, including promotional materials across multiple channels.
Requirements:
- Extensive marketing experience in the pharmaceutical sector, with a focus on oncology and solid tumors.
- Fully proficient in regulatory frameworks and code of practice (ABPI / IPHA).
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and working with multi-channel marketing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and drive results.
- Marketing or business degree, with a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.
