Brand Lead Oncology and Product Manager

Amgen is seeking a Brand Lead Oncology and Product Manager to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our oncology marketing team, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic and tactical brand plans for our oncology and solid tumor brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the strategic and tactical planning process, adopting a dynamic and agile mindset to drive business growth.
  2. Manage budgets, including forecasting, operating expenses, and delivering budgeted sales.
  3. Analyze and interpret sales data, KPIs, market research, and trends to inform business decisions.
  4. Support discussions on pricing, reimbursement, and access decisions.
  5. Lead cross-functional brand team activities and provide guidance to others.
  6. Work closely with the sales team to align sales force activity and engagement.
  7. Develop, deliver, and evaluate integrated multichannel plans and develop promotional materials across multiple channels.

Requirements:

  1. Extensive marketing experience gained within the pharmaceutical sector.
  2. Fully proficient in regulatory frameworks and code of practice (ABPI/IPHA).
  3. Experience of working with and leading a cross-functional team.
  4. Experience of working with multi-channel, including digital.
  5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence.
  6. Marketing or business degree.
