Brand Lead Oncology Job Description

As a Brand Lead Oncology, you will play a critical role in driving the development and execution of strategic and tactical brand plans for Amgen's oncology portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the strategic and tactical planning process, adopting a dynamic and agile mindset to drive business growth.
  2. Manage budgets, including forecasting, operating expenses, and delivering budgeted sales.
  3. Analyze and interpret sales data, KPIs, market research, and trends to inform business decisions.
  4. Support discussions on pricing, reimbursement, and access decisions to ensure optimal market positioning.
  5. Lead cross-functional brand team activities and provide guidance to team members.
  6. Work closely with the sales team to align sales force activity and engagement.
  7. Develop, deliver, and evaluate integrated multichannel plans and promotional materials across multiple channels.

Requirements

  1. Extensive marketing experience gained within the pharmaceutical sector.
  2. Fully proficient in regulatory frameworks and code of practice (ABPI / IPHA).
  3. Experience of working with and leading a cross-functional team.
  4. Experience of working with multi-channel, including digital.
  5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence.
  6. Marketing or Business degree.
