About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Lead Oncology to join our team at Amgen SA. As a key member of our oncology marketing team, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic and tactical brand plans for our oncology and solid tumor brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategic and tactical planning process, adopting a dynamic and agile mindset to drive business growth and maximize early and late-stage lifecycle management.
  • Manage budgets, including forecasting, operating expenses, and delivering budgeted sales.
  • Analyze and interpret sales data, KPIs, market research, and trends to inform business decisions.
  • Support discussions on pricing, reimbursement, and access decisions to ensure optimal market positioning.
  • Lead cross-functional brand team activities and provide guidance to team members.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align sales force activity and engagement.
  • Develop, deliver, and evaluate integrated multichannel plans and promotional materials across multiple channels.
Requirements
  • Extensive marketing experience gained within the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Fully proficient in regulatory frameworks and code of practice (ABPI/IPHA).
  • Experience of working with and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Experience of working with multi-channel marketing, including digital channels.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and drive business results.
  • Marketing or business degree.
