About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Lead to join our Oncology team at Amgen SA. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic and tactical brand plans to drive growth and maximize early and late-stage lifecycle management for our oncology products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic and tactical planning process, adopting a dynamic and agile mindset to drive business growth
  • Develop and manage budgets, including forecasting, operating expenses, and delivering budgeted sales
  • Analyze and interpret sales data, KPIs, market research, and trends to inform business decisions
  • Support discussions on pricing, reimbursement, and access decisions to ensure optimal market positioning
  • Lead cross-functional brand team activities and provide guidance to others to ensure seamless execution
  • Work closely with the sales team to align sales force activity and engagement to drive business results

Requirements

  • Extensive marketing experience gained within the pharmaceutical sector
  • Fully proficient in regulatory frameworks and code of practice (ABPI/IPHA)
  • Experience of working with and leading cross-functional teams
  • Experience of working with multi-channel marketing, including digital
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and drive business results
  • Marketing or business degree
