Transport Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transport Coordinator to join our team at Culina Group. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage daily customer consignments, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Reconcile consignment costs against schedules, ensuring accurate charging and invoicing.
- Collaborate with the planning team to ensure data accuracy and provide reports to customers and stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support to the logistics team, including creating dummy consignments and producing reports.
- Liaise with transport managers and other team members to ensure data accuracy and resolve issues.
- Escalate issues to the logistics team leader as needed.
- Manage Isotrak compliance and ensure all loads are tracking.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure trailer availability and manage yard checks.
Requirements
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- High level of numeracy, accuracy, and literacy.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Team-oriented and able to work collaboratively.
