Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will provide strategic HR advice and support to senior leaders and managers, ensuring the effective management of employee relations and the delivery of key HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice and support on employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary procedures, and grievances
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to improve workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development
  • Lead and manage the HR interface with managers and staff, providing coaching and development opportunities to improve people management skills
  • Collaborate with the ER team to ensure compliance with employment legislation and policies
  • Monitor trends in workforce resourcing and take appropriate action to address any issues
  • Develop and deliver training and development programs to improve HR knowledge and skills
Requirements:
  • Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management (or equivalent)
  • Project management qualifications (desirable)
  • Evidence of ongoing continuous professional development
  • Knowledge and understanding of strategic HR policies and best practice
  • Experience of working in a similar role, preferably in the NHS or healthcare sector
