Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Venn Group. As a key member of our Corporate and Planned Care Division, you will provide strategic HR support to senior leaders and contribute to the development of divisional workforce strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert HR advice and support to senior leaders and managers across the division.
  • Develop and implement divisional workforce strategies aligned with the Trust's Workforce Strategy and vision.
  • Lead on the TUPE programme, coordinating all aspects of the programme and liaising with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Deliver key HR initiatives and change programmes, ensuring they are delivered in accordance with agreed requirements and best practice.
  • Work with workforce colleagues on organisation-wide change programmes.
  • Identify and deliver workforce-related cost improvement programs (CIP) across the Division, resulting in associated savings.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve performance and productivity to achieve delivery of high-quality patient services, operational, and financial targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR business partnering, preferably in a healthcare or corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and TUPE regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
