Key Responsibilities
  • HR Generalist Services: Provide advice and guidance to employees, team leaders, and managers on a wide range of HR issues, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits.
  • Talent Acquisition: Drive the recruitment process, ensuring that all candidates receive a first-class experience and that the business adheres to relevant legislation.
  • Employee Engagement: Support the creation and delivery of HR development training modules, and contribute to the implementation of key HR metrics to drive improvement and performance.
  • HR Systems: Ensure that the HR system accurately reflects current staff conditions and details, and provide reports for auditing and monitoring employee data and training.
  • Project Support: Support HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, performance and development initiatives, diversity and inclusion programs, and HR system implementations.
Candidate Profile
  • CIPD qualification (or working towards one) is highly desirable but not essential.
  • Good team player, flexible, and able to work on own initiative.
  • Empathetic and consistently demonstrates high integrity.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to establish effective working relationships at all levels.
  • Appreciates the importance of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency and good work ethic.

  • Comfortable and competent with MS Office.
