Job Title: Account HR Business Partner

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Your World Recruitment Group. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our clients, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and expertise to achieve their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and support on employee relations issues, including TUPE, employment law, and equality legislation.
  • Lead and deliver on HR initiatives and change programmes, ensuring that they are delivered in accordance with agreed requirements and best practice.
  • Work with workforce colleagues on organization-wide change programmes, developing and overseeing the implementation of plans to improve people management skills.
  • Develop and manage the HR interface with managers and staff, providing coaching and advice on employee relations issues.
  • Liaise with the ER team on Employee Relations matters and manage complex ER cases through advice and coaching.
  • Support the ER agenda by overseeing specific ER activity across the organization.
  • Advise and sit on formal hearings for ER cases when required.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management (or equivalent)
  • Educated to Master degree level or equivalent level of experience
  • Chartered member of the CIPD (Chartered MCIPD) (desirable)
  • Project management qualifications (desirable)
  • Evidence of ongoing continuous professional development

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Up-to-date knowledge of current NHS operational and workforce issues
  • Up-to-date knowledge of TUPE provisions and processes
  • Up-to-date knowledge, understanding, and application of employment law and Equality legislation
  • Knowledge and understanding of strategic HR policies
  • In-depth knowledge and application of Human Resources best practice
  • Project management methodology
  • Knowledge of NHS Terms and Conditions
  • Working knowledge of business analytics and interpretation
  • Experience of supporting and coordinating TUPE
  • Customer-focused delivery of excellence in HR & OD service
  • Experience of working effectively with Trade Unions
  • Experience of successfully delivering change
  • High level of interpersonal skills and ability to influence at senior level
