Job Title: Commercial Assistant Manager

Job Purpose: We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Assistant Manager to enhance our Commercial operations at Uniserve Holdings Ltd. This role focuses on client and supplier relationships, internal sales, and developing our Commercial Assistants.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee Commercial Assistants, focusing on client and supplier relationships, and internal sales.
  2. Implement training programs for Commercial Assistants.
  3. Support Operations with auto-rating function maintenance.
  4. Conduct sales calls targeting new, existing, and potential clients.
  5. Manage rate agreements and ensure timely renewals.
  6. Maintain tariff sheets for VIP customers.
  7. Support the development of the Seafast Global Network.
  8. Develop the DOMO reporting suite for the Commercial Department.
  9. Oversee VISA arrangements.
  10. Manage marketing and PR profiles on social media and the website.
  11. Support and grow Seafast's sustainability profile.
  12. Collaborate with the Commercial team to maintain and develop a sales pipeline.

Requirements:

  1. Experience supervising staff preferred.
  2. Excellent motivational and team skills.
  3. Ideally, a degree-level education.
  4. Flexible and adaptable with a 'can do' attitude.
  5. Excellent planning and organisational skills.
  6. Strong knowledge of air, sea, and road freight logistics.
