Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Specialist to join our team, responsible for managing employee benefits and compensation schemes.

This is a permanent role based in London, with a competitive salary of £38,000 - £55,000 per annum. The ideal candidate will have 2.5+ years of payroll experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and advanced Excel proficiency.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage employee benefits and compensation schemes
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies
  • Collaborate with IT on system upgrades
  • Provide support to employees on benefits-related matters

Requirements

  • 2.5+ years payroll experience
  • Stakeholder Management skills
  • Experience with payroll implementation
  • Advanced Excel proficiency
  • CIS Scheme knowledge
