We are partnering with a rapidly expanding insurance brokerage seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to support their growth strategy.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the company's success while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.
About the Role:- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Drive new business opportunities and exceed growth targets
- Report directly to an experienced leadership team
- Proven experience handling commercial insurance risks
- Strong commercial insurance product knowledge
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
- Motivated self-starter with ability to work independently
- Proficient in Acturis and Microsoft Office
- Cert CII qualified or working towards qualification
- Up to £30,000 base salary with uncapped commission potential
- Auto-enrolment pension scheme
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Professional qualification sponsorship
- Supportive, growth-oriented company culture
Estimated Salary: £30,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
