About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and caring Special Education Needs Teaching Assistant to join our friendly staff team at a modern, inclusive Primary School located in South Ockendon, Essex. As a Special Education Needs Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with children with a range of SEN, including Autism/ASD, ADHD, SEMH and behavioural difficulties. You will be part of a dynamic team that offers expert advice and guidance to ensure every child's learning experience is exciting and accessible for all.

Job Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have a degree/certificate in a related field and a good understanding of Special Education Needs. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals. The ideal candidate will be flexible, patient, and able to adapt to changing situations.

Salary and Benefits: The salary for this role is estimated at £83.33-£100 per day, depending on your level of experience.
