As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work under the supervision of the class teacher and SENCO to provide individualized support to students with Autism/ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and behavioural difficulties. Your duties will include developing and implementing personalized learning plans, supporting students during lessons, and collaborating with teachers and other specialists to address specific student needs.

To succeed in this role, you will require a degree or certificate in a related field and a solid understanding of Special Education Needs. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be patient and empathetic when working with students, and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
