Administrative Support Specialist

As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in the sales operations of our company. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring sales contracts are accurately drawn up and submitted on time to suppliers
- Managing the entire sales contract submission process until contracts go live
- Processing and following up on pricing requests and energy invoice validations through an online portal
- Producing business reports on a monthly basis and managing sales-related data
- Assisting with financial reporting and payroll preparation alongside the Directors
- Providing after-sales support and responding to inbound customer queries professionally
- Performing daily checks and managing crucial sales admin tasks like lock-ins, terminations, and pending contracts
We offer a competitive salary of \u00a325,000, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, and a company pension scheme. You will also enjoy Monday-Friday hours with no weekend work.
