About the Role

Cameron Clarke Associates is seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative and Sales Support Specialist to join their team in Birkenhead. As a key member of the sales operations team, you will provide essential administrative assistance to the Sales Manager and Directors, supporting the sales team in their daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Management: Ensure sales contracts are accurately drawn up, reviewed against the CRM, and submitted on time to suppliers.
  • Contract Submission Process: Manage the entire sales contract submission process until contracts go live.
  • Pricing and Invoice Validation: Process and follow up on pricing requests and energy invoice validations through an online portal.
  • Business Reporting: Produce business reports on a monthly basis and manage sales-related data.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist with financial reporting and payroll preparation alongside the Directors.
  • Customer Support: Provide after-sales support and respond to inbound customer queries professionally.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform daily checks and manage crucial sales admin tasks like lock-ins, terminations, and pending contracts.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: £25,000 per annum.

Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a commercial energy admin and finance role within a sales office.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, confident telephone manner and strong communication skills, ability to multitask, prioritise, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, proactive, team-oriented mindset with a customer-focused attitude.
