Leisure Membership Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Leisure Membership Advisor to join our team at Village Hotels. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth through effective sales techniques and a passion for leisure and fitness.
Key Responsibilities- Meet and greet potential new members, showcasing our facilities and services to ensure a perfect match for their individual needs and goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing members, providing personalized support and guidance to help them achieve their fitness objectives.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to promote our services and products, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth and revenue.
- Proven sales and customer service experience in a leisure or fitness environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Passion for leisure, fitness, and customer service, with a drive to deliver exceptional results and exceed targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
- Uncapped commission, with a realistic OTE of an additional £4,800 per annum.
