Fitness Coach and Wellness Advisor - YOUR Personal Training
This is a part-time role as a Fitness Coach, complemented by a self-employed license as a Personal Trainer.
This exceptional position has been established through the collaboration between YOUR Personal Training and a leading leisure facility.
The role encompasses 20 hours per week dedicated to your position as a Fitness Coach, alongside your independent Personal Trainer license.
This is a remarkable opportunity for professional growth, allowing you to collaborate with top-tier Personal Training Business Coaches. You will be guided towards becoming a fully self-sufficient personal trainer, managing your own thriving PT business within a supportive environment.
Main Responsibilities of the Fitness Coach include:
- Conducting gym appointments, including inductions and follow-up reviews (comprehensive training will be provided)
- Creating engaging content for social media
- Leading designated workshops in the studio or gym floor (scheduled in advance)
- Making appointment confirmation calls to members
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the gym floor during downtime
- Engaging with local schools and colleges for outreach
- Performing any other reasonable tasks as required
The position is entirely focused on gym floor activities, emphasizing member interaction, which is vital for building relationships and generating leads for your Personal Training clientele.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following attributes:

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- An outgoing personality paired with a positive outlook.
- A minimum Level 3 Personal Training Qualification is required.
