Job Title: Health and Safety Advisor

Yunex Traffic is seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Advisor to join our team in the South Region. As a key member of our HSQE team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, customers, and the general public.

About the Role:
  • Support the local management team in managing HSQE across the South Region.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and suppliers.
  • Provide technical advice, coaching, and training to support the delivery of risk management programs.
  • Monitor and improve the implementation of risk assessments, work instructions, and KPIs.
  • Support accident, incident, and near-miss investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Assist in maintaining ISO and FORS accreditation and support internal and external audits.
Requirements:
  • Recent and demonstrable experience as an HSQE Advisor.
  • Relevant professional qualification, such as a Level 3 qualification in H&S.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to act as a role model and provide specialist advice and support.
  • Membership of an appropriate professional body, such as the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH).
