Client Relations Executive

We are seeking a skilled Client Relations Executive to join our team at Marlowe Fire & Security. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our existing and new clients, ensuring that they receive the highest level of service and support.
In this role, you will work closely with our National Account Managers to develop and implement customer retention strategies, responding to customer enquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. You will also be responsible for updating client portals, processing sales orders, and managing customer queries and complaints.
