GSL Education seeks a highly skilled and dedicated Mental Health Support Worker to join their team at a SEMH school in Bournemouth. This exciting opportunity is designed to provide specialist support to students with complex needs, ensuring their individual EHCPs are effectively implemented.
Job Requirements- Have a deep understanding of the diverse needs associated with Mental Health, Anxiety, and Behaviour.
- Be able to adapt teaching methods to meet the unique requirements of individual students.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
The successful candidate will be a proactive and adaptable individual who is passionate about supporting students with complex needs. A salary range of £25-£35 per hour is available for this role, depending on experience.
