About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Confidential Support Specialist to provide high-quality support services to our staff at WhereToTalk. As a key member of our counselling team, you will work autonomously to manage a specialist caseload, ensuring support is delivered at the point of need.
The ideal candidate will possess a recognised counselling qualification and a minimum of two years' post-qualifying counselling experience, as well as in-depth knowledge of the BACP Ethical Framework for Counselling Professions. BACP accreditation and experience working in a higher education context would be advantageous.
This position requires adherence to our Safeguarding Policies, including enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service clearance prior to employment commencement. Successful candidates will also be required to complete AUB-approved Safeguarding Training.
Estimated Salary Range: £35,000 - £45,000 per year, dependent on qualifications and experience.
