Database Support Specialist

The Buying Support Officer role at Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust involves delivering high-quality value-for-money procurement services to the trust and external clients. This is a full-time position with 37.5 hours per week.
Main Responsibilities- Provide procurement support across The Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and other stakeholder organizations.
- Assist the Procurement Team in maintaining procurement systems, including the Procurement Catalogues, Unit 4 (Agresso) integration, Contracts Database, and Stock Management systems.
- Liaise with the Procurement Team, Customers, and Suppliers to ensure effective and cost-efficient services are delivered.
This position requires strong planning and organizing skills, as well as analytical and judgement abilities to inform decision-making. Advanced Excel user skills, database data entry, and Agresso use or equivalent E-Procurement System experience are essential qualifications.
Salary InformationThe estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
