We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team, specializing in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) with a focus on Eating Disorders. This is a unique opportunity to work in a supportive and innovative environment, where you will have a direct impact on improving the mental health and well-being of young people and their families.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive psychological assessments for children and adolescents with eating disorders, delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, and working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. You will contribute to care plans, offer psychological expertise, and ensure that evidence-based approaches are followed to promote recovery and enhance the quality of life for the individuals under your care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for children and adolescents with eating disorders.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions (e.g., CBT-E, Family-Based Therapy) to young people and their families.
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team, contributing to the development and implementation of care plans.
  • Provide consultation, training, and supervision to junior staff and multidisciplinary colleagues.
  • Engage in regular clinical supervision and continued professional development.
  • Ensure that care is delivered in line with best practice guidelines, maintaining the highest standards of care and ethical practice.
