Clinical Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead

In Newport, South Wales, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) to join a leading neuropsychiatric rehabilitation service. This role offers the chance to be a key member of the leadership team in a specialist hospital that provides care for adults with neuropsychiatric disorders, acquired brain injuries, and degenerative neurological conditions.

The service comprises single-gender units designed to provide tailored, high-quality rehabilitation care and focuses on achieving positive outcomes for patients and their families.

  • Guide the implementation of treatment models and support best practices for neuropsychiatric care.
  • Develop and oversee care plans and behavior support strategies for patients.
  • Deputise for the Hospital Director when required and participate in an on-call rota.
About You:
  1. Be a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD).
  2. Hold a valid and clear NMC PIN.
  3. Possess excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
