We are seeking an experienced Social Impact Officer to join our team in Cardiff. This role will involve maximizing social value investment as part of the regional social value strategy.

The successful candidate will report to the Regional Partnerships Director and take a leading role in managing the social value investments in the region. The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and implementing a social value strategy that aligns with the company's objectives
  • Managing relationships with stakeholders to maximize social value investments
  • Monitoring and evaluating the impact of social value initiatives
