Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Social Welfare Coach to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals in need, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of relevant legislation and policies, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients.
Responsibilities:
- To work closely with probation officers to identify clients who require additional support.
- To provide empathetic and non-judgmental support to clients, empowering them to make positive changes in their lives.
- To develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- To stay up-to-date with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
Benefits:
- A competitive salary of £23,700 per annum.
- A 35-hour working week (6 Month Fixed Term Contract).
