The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of relevant legislation and policies, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients.

Responsibilities:

  • To work closely with probation officers to identify clients who require additional support.
  • To provide empathetic and non-judgmental support to clients, empowering them to make positive changes in their lives.
  • To develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • To stay up-to-date with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
