About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Social Worker to join our team in providing vital support to families in need. As a Child and Family Welfare Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing family needs, developing care plans, and ensuring the welfare of vulnerable families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Affirmatively assess family needs and develop tailored care plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain effective communication
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months of recent experience as a Social Worker in the UK
  • Registration with Social Care Wales (SCW)
  • Up-to-date DBS check
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of families
