We are seeking a highly experienced Social Impact Manager to join our team in Cardiff, South Wales & West region. This role will be responsible for maximising social value investment as part of the regional social value strategy.

Reporting to the Regional Partnerships Director, you will take a leading role in managing and implementing strategic community investment initiatives that drive positive outcomes for local communities.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in social value creation and management, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact projects that make a tangible difference to people's lives.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who is passionate about creating lasting positive change through strategic community investment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing regional social value strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives
  • Managing and evaluating social value investment initiatives to ensure maximum impact and ROI
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for social value creation and develop innovative solutions

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
