Job Title: Community Impact Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Impact Specialist to join our team in Cardiff.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maximising social value investment as part of our regional social value strategy, working closely with our delivery partners to ensure community benefits and broader social value commitments are developed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement social value delivery plans, utilising knowledge of social value methodologies and frameworks such as TOMS (Themes Outcomes Measures)
  • Work collaboratively with local partners to deliver local employment, training and skills programmes, as well as community engagement initiatives
  • Collect and analyse data to inform social value monitoring and reporting

Requirements

  • NVQ/ILM Certificate Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in customer service, supervisory management or social value management
  • Proven experience in a social value or CSR role within a construction company
  • Strong analytical, data interpretation and management skills
  • Excellent communication, networking and relationship management skills
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel as part of the role
