Job Description


As an HR Advisor at Hoop Recruitment, you will be instrumental in supporting the Training team in managing the onboarding process, providing expert advice and guidance to managers on HR matters, including Employee Relations, Policies and Procedures, People Development, and Absence Management. Additionally, you will lead the employee support and wellbeing process, develop specific training courses, and maintain accurate records of HR-related tasks.



Key Responsibilities



  • Supporting the Training team in the onboarding process
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to managers on all HR matters
  • Leading the employee support and wellbeing process
  • Developing specific training courses
  • Maintaining accurate records of HR-related tasks


Required Skills and Qualifications


To excel in this role, you will need:



  • CIPD qualification (desired)
  • Experience working with Employee Relations
  • Strong IT skills
  • Experience with GDPR
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
