Job Description

Job Title: Complaints Handler

Location: Cortonwood

Job Type: Temporary, with possibility of permanency or extension

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, with shifts between 8am – 6:30pm Monday to Friday and 8am – 12:30pm on a Saturday

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Complaints Handler. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for resolving customer complaints and queries in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering a high volume of inbound calls from customers
  • Resolving queries and complaints in a professional manner
  • Using multiple computer systems to update customer records, track parcels, look up information and record call details
  • Work to individual call quality and volume KPIs as well as supporting team members to achieve the desired company goals
  • Providing a first-time resolution wherever possible

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service, call centre or complaints handling experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to find solutions
  • Empathy and patience when dealing with customer complaints
