The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled PMO Analyst to join our team in Stirling. This role will involve managing governance standards, ensuring data accuracy, and providing regular reports to project managers. The successful candidate will have a 3:2 split of office work to home hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain program and project governance by verifying data integrity and producing accurate reports.
  • Manage processes related to planning, change control, risk management, resource allocation, and budget oversight.
  • Contribute to promoting best practices for project and program office management within the PMO team.
  • Produce timely reports for project or program managers and the PMO Manager/Change Portfolio Lead, incorporating trend analysis and issue identification.
  • Evaluate the quality of project or program data, provide meaningful insights, and ensure accurate information is available.
  • Foster strong relationships with program stakeholders to support effective project delivery.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of industry-standard project management methodologies.
  • Experience working in a Financial Services organization.
  • Pursuing or interested in Project Management qualifications, such as Prince2, APMP, or ISEB.
