About the RoleThis is a permanent, full-time position that requires excellent analytical skills and experience working in both Waterfall and Agile environments. You will be responsible for capturing, documenting and managing business needs, as well as conducting impact and risk analysis for all upcoming projects. Your expertise will also include cost/benefit and feasibility analysis, benefit reviews, and producing regular status updates to the Project/Programme Manager.
The ideal candidate will have certification in business analysis methodologies and experience working as a business analyst or in similar roles. You will be comfortable with tools such as JIRA, Confluence and SharePoint, and will be able to build solid relationships across the business with all departments and key stakeholders.
What You Will GetWe offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on your experience. You will also receive an excellent pension scheme, private medical care, and the opportunity to be regularly involved in the work carried out by our charity partners.
You will work closely with internal and external teams to deliver changes as the business requires. Our ideal candidate will be able to provide business analysis mentoring to team members and will have excellent presentation, coaching and facilitation skills. They will also be able to communicate effectively with 3rd party suppliers of services.
